"This has got to be one of the worst Target stores I've been to. I keep trying to give it a fair chance -- you know, walk in with an open heart and a shopping list -- but every time I leave, I'm reminding myself why I don't stop by more often.\n\nNow, let me be fair: there is one young lady who works there with an amazing personality. She's friendly, helpful, and you can tell she actually enjoys her job. I wish I could bottle her attitude and sprinkle it over the rest of the store.\n\nBecause everything else?\nWhew.\n\nKids are running around like somebody yelled "recess," aisles are messy, and the whole place feels... chaotic. Not the usual Target vibe where you plan to buy toothpaste and somehow end up with a cart full of candles, pajamas, and a new throw blanket. No -- this one just makes you want to grab what you need and head right back out the door.\n\nI don't know what's going on over there, but I do know this:\n\nThis Target is a whole experience... and not the good kind."

"I was very unimpressed with the customer service at Best Buy In Colonial Heights, VA. it's very concerning in today's society when it comes to the customer service, it seems like people have no care in the world to want to help customers that walk through their door. Me and my mother came in there to ask a simple question regarding an error message that we kept receiving on our home computer, she politely asked an employee if he knew anything about computers and he referred us to "Geek Squad", which is understandable being that they specialize in fixing electronics. Upon getting over there, we stood at the counter for about 10-15 minutes for someone to assist us and nobody ever did. There was an employee who came up to the counter looking for something under the counter but didn't even feel the need to acknowledge us, which really bothered us. My mom proceeded to walk over to the greeter for him to help or at least FIND someone who is able to help and he passed us to another employee who referred us right back to Geek Squad and at that point, we just left. It saddens me that certain individuals choose to work within this field but don't even have the basic customer service skills to even acknowledge if a customer needs assistance."
