how do I open multiple chat windows on Skype 8.98.0.402? Currently, the new format allows me to only open one chat at a time, but if I am having multiple conversations, or want to drag and drop a file from one chat to another, I cannot do it.

I need human help resetting a PIN I am locked out of my device because I tried to use it in bright sunlight and there was too much glare so it didn’t recognize my face.
